Performance Testing Metrics 

Metrics are needed to understand the quality and effectiveness of performance testing. Improvements cannot be made unless these metrics are measured accurately. Two main factors determine these metrics 

Measurements - The data being collected such as the seconds it takes to respond to a request.

The Challenge 

Our client had a mission critical system that provides process and systemic alignment to optimise planning, scheduling, and communication process to realise efficiencies in sales force , merchandising and delivery development. Every day during peak hour, offshore delivery deployment team will schedule about two thousand delivery packages in to the system and route them to get approvals. The system crashes intermittently and consistently freezing of crashing in turn.
